The Idaho Falls Gem & Mineral Society is a non-profit organization devoted to rockhounding. Since 1957, members have cultivated a diverse membership with a spirit of fellowship and learning.
Our Society promotes the studies of geology, lapidary, and applied sciences through Monthly Meetings, our Scholarship Program, Spring Show, Fall Member Sale, Learning Days, Field Trips, and Community Outreach.
We are members of both the Northwest and American Federation of Mineralogical Societies (NFMS and AFMS).
